As a result, teachers and students can freely choose the appropriate way to participate in the class while still ensuring the amount of knowledge and training quality.

Not requiring concentration in terms of location and time like the traditionaleducation model, integrated learning requires both teachers and learners to be highly proactive in sharing and acquiring knowledge, multi-dimensional interaction... Currently, experts and managers in the field of Education - Training are still debating the concepts, characteristics, levels... as well as the value of this model.

Dr. To Hong Nam commented that the blended learning model combining face-to-face and online learning helps improve the quality of teaching and learning, opening up opportunities for everyone.

Speaking at the Education 4.0 Forum and Exhibition (EDU4.0) 2023 held in Hanoi on the morning of November 25, many experts said that the first and biggest change we need to make is a change in awareness. Openly accepting the new training model is not easy, especially when integrated learning will lead to a series of changes on a large scale in the education sector: learning and assessment methods; forms of interaction and debate; effective application of technology, maximizing the superiority of this model...

Dr. To Hong Nam - Deputy Director of the Department of Information Technology ( Ministry of Education and Training ) commented: "Digital transformation in the education sector is being vigorously implemented, taking advantage of technological advances to improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning, opening up learning opportunities for everyone. Learning that combines face-to-face and online learning helps to do that."

Speaking more about the benefits that this model brings, Mr. Le Hoang Long - CEO of Twendee Software said that there are 5 easily recognizable points: flexibility in the learning process; global learning opportunities; diversity in forms; personalization and finally, taking advantage of the active support of new technologies. In Vietnam, integrated learning has been initially deployed in many educational institutions as it is bringing convenience and efficiency to both teachers and learners.

Within the framework of the EDU4.0 Forum 2023, 6 solutions and services serving education were honored and awarded, including 3 nominations for "Titles of Outstanding Educational Technology" and 3 nominations for "Titles of Promising Educational Technology".
