In 2024, revenue reached 7,500 billion VND, equity of 1,867 billion VND, creating stable jobs for more than 20,000 workers, with an average income of 9.4 million VND/person/month.

Ms. Luong Thi Thu, a worker at Sewing Team 16, Song Cong 1 Branch, shared: Working at TNG, I always feel the company's deep concern for the lives of its workers. My family used to be poor, but fortunately received 100 million VND in support from the TNG Golden Heart Fund to build a decent house. This concern helps us feel secure in our work and stay long-term.

In the first 6 months of 2025 alone, TNG achieved revenue of VND 4,073 billion, up 15% over the same period, completing 50% of the yearly plan, with an average income of VND 10.3 million/person/month. The company continues to expand production, with export orders accounting for 50% of the European market, 26% of the US and 10% of Russia, planning to add 10 sewing lines and recruit 1,000 more workers, prioritizing high-tech orders to improve profit margins.

With a solid foundation of human resources and production efficiency, TNG continues to expand its influence through green projects and community programs, affirming the philosophy of economic development associated with social responsibility.
