Located on the artificial island of Odaiba, Immersive Fort Tokyo covers an area of up to 30,000 square meters. The project investor, Katana Corporation, said the park has 11 unique attractions, allowing visitors to enter the fictional world recreated by characters from a series of famous novels and animations, including the British detective “Sherlock Holmes” or the Japanese idol series “Oshi no Ko”.
Seita Misawa, a 22-year-old student, came to the park's opening with his friends and looked forward to exciting experiences in the Sherlock Holmes detective area - where visitors can freely move around and participate in solving a mysterious murder case like in the movie.
Children under 3 years old are free, while tickets for children aged 4-11 are 3,000 yen ($20) and tickets for people over 12 are 6,800 yen ($45).
The construction of Immersive Fort Tokyo is one of the strategies of Katana Group with the desire to increase its presence in the amusement park business.
