In particular, units have mobilized 100% of their personnel, strictly implemented official dispatches, directives and instructions on ensuring logistics and techniques for storm and flood prevention and control; regularly monitored and grasped storm developments; promptly reviewed and adjusted logistics and technical assurance plans in accordance with disaster prevention and control, search and rescue plans.

The Political Commissar of the Department requested the leaders and commanders of Military Hospital 4 and Brigade 654 to continue to review and reinforce the system of barracks, warehouses, stations, workshops, and patient treatment rooms; organize tree trimming, clear sewers, and prevent localized flooding to minimize damage caused by storms. In any situation, Military Hospital 4 must ensure adequate supplies of medicine, equipment, and machinery to treat patients and be ready to mobilize when necessary.

For Brigade 654, it is necessary to fully supplement logistical reserves, technical equipment, motorbikes, boats, and ensure readiness for mobility; at the same time, closely coordinate with local authorities and forces in the area, effectively promote the "4 on-site" motto, proactively and promptly handle all situations. All with the highest spirit and determination, focus on effectively responding to storm No. 5.
