Heavy rain and strong winds caused large trees to break at the base, blocking the road.

For landslide-prone and flooded roads, especially in mountainous areas, the People's Committees of communes and wards organize warnings and dispatch forces to prohibit people and vehicles from passing, ensuring safety for the people.

During the time the storm makes landfall (from 11am to 10pm on August 25), people without duties are requested to stay off the streets to ensure safety of life and health.

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Police to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction and the People's Committees of communes and wards to deploy a temporary road closure plan to ensure traffic order and safety. Units will strictly handle individuals who intentionally do not comply, and base on practical conditions to be flexible and mobile in organizing road closures.
