Presenting the draft Report on the results of monitoring the settlement of voters' petitions sent to the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee Tran Thi Nhi Ha stated that through the meetings with voters of National Assembly deputies, 1,472 voters' petitions were received and compiled. Of these, 39 petitions were related to the activities of the National Assembly (accounting for 2.6%), 1,410 petitions were related to the management of the Government, Ministries and branches (accounting for 95.8%), 13 petitions were related to the work of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuracy (accounting for 0.9%), 10 petitions were related to other agencies and organizations at the Central level (accounting for 0.7%). The petitions were forwarded to competent authorities for consideration and settlement according to regulations.

The content of voters' recommendations relates to most areas of social life, including a number of areas that many voters are interested in, such as policies on cadres, civil servants, policies for people with revolutionary contributions, agriculture , rural areas, natural resources, environment, finance, investment planning, health care, education, training, construction, traffic, transportation, etc.
Vice Chairwoman of the People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee Tran Thi Nhi Ha said that 1,378 out of 1,472 petitions have been resolved and answered by voters, reaching 94%. Many petitions were focused on by ministries and branches right between the two sessions of the National Assembly, showing the efforts of ministries and branches in studying, receiving and resolving voters' petitions. Some ministries and branches have resolved many voters' petitions such as: Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of National Defense, etc.

At the meeting, representatives of the Ministry of Health provided information and explained the shortage of drugs and medical supplies at public medical facilities, and the difficulties in bidding and centralized procurement. Representatives of the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Industry and Trade provided information and explained about petrol stations using small-scale petrol equipment.
The report on the results of monitoring the settlement of voters' petitions sent to the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly will be presented at the opening session of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Vice Chairwoman of the People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee Tran Thi Nhi Ha affirmed that the enthusiastic and responsible explanations of ministries and branches at the session are the basis for completing the report.
