The 2024 Positive Energy Spreading Contest

Strolling along the picturesque path lined with lush green trees, Ms. Le Thi Nga, deputy village head of Thai Hai, stopped before the village's ancient wooden gong, as old as the village itself. Striking the gong with her own hands, its sound echoing throughout the mountains and forests, the deputy village head of Thai Hai led her "golden guests" to visit the villagers.

Stepping into the village, visitors are immediately captivated by its lush greenery and peaceful atmosphere. From the first Tay people who settled there, the village now has nearly 200 inhabitants from four different ethnic groups living together.

In 2022, Thai Hai was honored with the "Best Tourist Village" award by the World Tourism Organization. The number of tourists visiting Thai Hai is increasing, but the pace of life here remains unchanged. Traditional stilt houses are still preserved intact, and cultural and spiritual practices are maintained by the villagers.
