Based on the above results, the Prime Minister commended Dak Lak and Da Nang City for having started the reconstruction of houses for the people with the highest number of units this past week; Gia Lai also completed the reconstruction of many houses.

According to the report, localities do not face difficulties regarding funding, land, materials, labor, or design. Therefore, the Prime Minister requested that localities continue to direct this work with the spirit of the "Quang Trung campaign," a campaign without gunfire but one that must be victorious, and resoundingly victorious, so that people can settle down and prosper.

The goal is to complete all house repairs by December 31st and all new construction by January 31st, 2026. The Prime Minister emphasized: "There is no longer any reason to delay or fail to complete this task, and those who fail to do so will be held accountable."

Accordingly, provinces and cities, especially Gia Lai and Dak Lak provinces with a large number of houses, must make greater efforts; Party committees and authorities must closely monitor the situation to provide close guidance; provinces and cities should urgently start construction of the remaining houses.

All forces joined the effort.

The Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of National Defense, and the Youth Union provided support to the forces involved in construction and repair; they called on the people to help each other with the spirit of "those who have the labor contribute labor, those who have resources contribute resources, those who have much contribute much, those who have little contribute little, help wherever it is convenient."

Local authorities provide materials and designs for the people; the Ministry of National Defense ensures the construction workforce with the spirit of "Our army comes from the people and serves the people"; the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment coordinates with local authorities, closely monitors the situation, and handles any arising issues related to land and construction materials.

The Government Inspectorate is conducting an inspection of the implementation of tasks and the use of support funds. Petrovietnam, EVN, VNPT, and Viettel corporations are actively supporting localities. News agencies and media outlets need to intensify their propaganda efforts, especially regarding the importance of building public trust.

Regarding infrastructure restoration, including shared infrastructure related to people's daily lives, the Prime Minister requested that by December 20th, localities must compile a list of community centers, health stations, cultural centers, etc., that need repair or restoration, and report it to the Government Office for submission to the Government for consideration of support.

Regarding transportation and other infrastructure, and the proactive restoration of production and business, the Prime Minister emphasized that the central government will provide financial support to localities so they can proactively purchase seedlings, agricultural supplies, and other resources to support people in restocking their herds, restoring crop cultivation, and aquaculture.

The Prime Minister requested that all relevant parties immediately get to work with the spirit of prioritizing the well-being and happiness of the people, with compassion for their fellow citizens and those in need, treating it as their own personal responsibility.
