
Currently, a number of enterprises in Dong Nai have a need to recruit large numbers of workers such as: Hwaseung Vina Limited Liability Company (Nhon Trach commune) is recruiting nearly 1,000 people, Changshin Vietnam Limited Liability Company (Tan Trieu ward) is recruiting more than 1,000 people, Topband Smart Dong Nai Limited Liability Company (Long Thanh commune) is recruiting 500 people. To attract workers, in addition to paying regional minimum wages higher than the State's regulations, enterprises also offer many welfare regimes such as: productivity bonuses; diligence bonuses; support for travel expenses, house rent, childcare; arranging shuttle buses for workers.
According to Dong Nai Employment Service Center, in the last months of 2025, the demand for labor recruitment in the province will increase sharply. The reason is that businesses increase production to meet export orders to European countries and the United States to serve consumer demand during the New Year; it is necessary to prepare reserve sources to ensure on-time delivery after the 2026 Lunar New Year holiday.
Currently, the labor supply in Dong Nai is very limited, not meeting the demand, especially for unskilled labor. At recent job fairs organized by the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, businesses only recruited nearly 10% of the labor demand. In the third quarter of 2025, businesses needed to recruit nearly 52,000 workers but could only recruit more than 16,000 people.
In order to connect labor supply and demand, in recent times, Dong Nai Employment Service Center has organized many fixed and mobile job exchanges; strengthened coordination with localities through a system of collaborators to support job creation in 95 communes and wards in the province to disseminate information on "job seekers - jobs looking for people"; coordinated with Employment Service Centers of provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta and Central Highlands to attract workers to Dong Nai to work.
According to the Provincial Labor Federation, in 2025, enterprises in Dong Nai need to recruit more than 190,000 workers. Recruitment needs are mainly concentrated in the wards and communes of Bien Hoa, Minh Hung, Chon Thanh, Nhon Trach, Long Thanh, Trang Bom. Currently, the labor supply in Dong Nai does not meet the demand, many enterprises are always in a state of labor shortage, affecting production and business plans. To retain workers, enterprises need to continue to have good salary, bonus and welfare policies, and improve working conditions. Functional sectors and enterprises promote the construction of social housing and workers' housing to ensure the housing needs of workers.
