On the morning of April 9, Thuan Thanh town organized a forced land acquisition to implement the investment project to build an urban area serving Thuan Thanh 3 Industrial Park - Sub-area B.

The urban area project serving Thuan Thanh 3 Industrial Park, Sub-area B has a planned area of ​​about 70 hectares, located in Ngoc Kham and Tam A quarters, Gia Dong ward, Thuan Thanh town, invested by Trung Quy Bac Ninh Investment Joint Stock Company. According to the plan, this is an urban and service area with synchronous and modern technical infrastructure, a system of public works, and fully equipped services to serve the general development of the province. Up to now, the project has compensated and cleared about 99% of the land, and the Provincial People's Committee has allocated land with a total area of ​​69.3 hectares. The remaining 4,700 square meters of 6 household and individuals with agricultural land in Tam A quarter have not received compensation.

In order to promptly hand over the clean land to the investor, contributing to the development of the town in particular and Bac Ninh province in general, the Steering Committee for Compensation, Support and Site Clearance of the town had previously repeatedly propagated, mobilized and persuaded, but the above households still did not comply with the State regulations. To ensure the strictness of the law, the Town Enforcement Committee organized the mandatory recovery of land within the clearance area of ​​the above 6 households.

The enforcement was carried out according to plan, ensuring safety and efficiency, and was supported by public opinion. At the same time, this was a necessary action to ensure the progress of the town's important project, which has a great impact on the socio -economic development of the province in general.
