"A miniature Da Lat" in the heart of Chi Linh

In the heart of the sacred land of Con Son - Kiet Bac, deeply marked by the history and culture of the Eastern region, lies a pristine space that makes anyone who sets foot there want to linger – Bai Re, a place located in Chi Linh ward, Hai Phong city.

Quiet and peaceful, Bai Re offers a sense of tranquility and serenity, like stepping into a vast realm of memories. From afar, the entire low hillside is covered with lush green patches of root plants, interspersed with ancient pine trees rustling in the wind, creating a surprisingly poetic and harmonious scene.

The breath of nature and ancient stories

Local people still recount that, in the old days, when Mr. Tran Nguyen Dan retired to the Con Son area, he planted pine trees on the mountain, while his wife cultivated rows of "root plants" at the foot of the mountain to make a living. Over the years, the pine forest and the root fields grew, becoming a beautiful natural landscape – a place where man and nature harmonized in tranquility.

Today, Bai Re still retains almost its original rustic charm. In the early morning, dew still clings to each root leaf, and the entire hillside seems enveloped in a thin layer of mist.

When the sun rises, golden rays filter through the pine canopy, reflecting off the green of the grass and trees, creating a shimmering, magical atmosphere. Many visitors liken this place to a "miniature Da Lat" in the North, where you can leisurely stroll and let your soul relax after busy days at work.

At Bai Re, visitors can stroll among the pine trees, admiring the rows of roots stretching out like a silk carpet, and breathing in the refreshing scent of the earth and sky. With just a camera or phone, you can capture dozens of dreamy images – when the sunlight filters through the leaves, or when the gentle breeze rustles across the hillside.

Intimate, peaceful, and memorable.

The ideal time to visit Bai Re Beach is from late summer to early autumn, when the sun is just right and the trees are at their greenest. Early morning or late afternoon is when Bai Re Beach is at its most beautiful, with soft light and fresh air, perfect for resting, taking photos, and relaxing.

From the center of Hanoi , it only takes a little over an hour to reach Bai Re Beach. After visiting Bai Re, tourists can combine their trip with visits to nearby famous attractions such as Con Son Pine Forest, Tien Stream, or Kiet Bac Temple to make the journey more complete.

Despite its unpretentious service, Bai Re beach captivates visitors with its rare simplicity, pristine beauty, and tranquility. Amidst the hustle and bustle of life, it offers a gentle respite, a place to rediscover serenity, and to see that nature remains beautiful in its own unique, distinctly Vietnamese way. It's both poetic, abundant, soothing, and sweet!
