Da Nang: Inauguration of the most modern and advanced logistics center in the Central region

On the afternoon of March 29, Bee Logistics Corporation held the inauguration ceremony of Bee Distribution Center at Lot H3, Da Nang High-Tech Park.

Bee Distribution Center is one of the most modern, comprehensively connected and advanced logistics centers in the Central region today.

With a total investment of VND 100 billion, the Con Ong Distribution Center in Da Nang High-Tech Park has synchronous infrastructure, modern management technology and multi-modal connectivity, playing an important role in optimizing the supply chain, helping businesses improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

Con Ong Distribution Center is equipped with a smart warehouse management system and transportation management system (TMS), integrating barcode scanners and automation technology to optimize operational processes.

The center also applies rooftop solar energy systems to reduce emissions, aiming towards green building standards. The fire protection system is completely imported from the US and Europe, meeting national technical standards on fire safety for houses and buildings, ensuring maximum safety for goods and infrastructure.

In addition to the goods storage service, Con Ong Distribution Center also provides a full range of auxiliary logistics solutions such as: Order fulfillment, multimodal transport, customs declaration and smart inventory management. These services ensure that goods are circulated quickly and accurately, minimizing waiting time and optimizing costs for businesses.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Dinh Huu Thanh, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Bee Logistics Corporation shared: “Bee Distribution Center said that with an area of 26,000 m2, a capacity of 30,000 pallet positions, integrated cold storage system, distribution warehouse, complex warehouse, and 23 modern lifting floors, we believe that the Bee Distribution Center is not only an important link in the supply chain but also a "launching pad" to help businesses develop sustainably, optimize logistics and reach further in the international market. In particular, all software and supply systems at the warehouse are developed by Vietnamese engineers and are continuously upgraded towards document automation. Thanks to that, goods are strictly controlled, optimally connected, and import and export time is shortened. Flexible traceability not only improves efficiency but also increases the safety of goods. This is an important step forward, helping us to constantly improve our services, providing smart logistics solutions. intelligent, efficient and reliable”.

According to Mr. Thanh, this is the first project on logistics construction in the Central region that Bee Logistics Corporation has spent many years researching and then decided to invest in, demonstrating the Company's belief in the development of Da Nang as well as the Central region.

According to Mr. Thanh, Bee Logistics Corporation aims to become a global logistics corporation by 2030, actively contributing to promoting international trade and joining Vietnamese enterprises in "going out" to develop globally.

Mr. Tran Van Ty, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Industrial Park, affirmed that the Con Ong Distribution Center is an important project for the logistics development of Da Nang, especially the event taking place on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang City (March 29, 2075 - March 29, 2025).

According to Mr. Ty, Da Nang was allowed by the National Assembly to establish a Free Trade Zone under Resolution 136. Therefore, the establishment of the Con Ong Distribution Center will be the foundation, contributing to the formation of a transparent Free Trade Zone.

The Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park pledges to continue to accompany and create favorable conditions for businesses to grow stronger in Da Nang.
