The AIDC DeCenter Data Center project is co-founded and operated by global telecommunications and infrastructure group IPTP Networks, with a scale of 10,000m² (2 floors), a capacity of 1,000 racks and a minimum capacity of 10MW with a total investment of 200 million USD, of which phase 1 is 20 million USD.
AIDC DeCenter Data Center Project is one of the first AI-Ready data centers in Vietnam, designed according to Tier 3+/Tier 4 Uptime standards, aiming to become the core infrastructure platform for high performance computing (HPC), AI, Blockchain and cloud computing services.
The center aims for international certifications such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS... and guarantees uptime ≥99.982%.

Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong said that the project will promote the development of information technology infrastructure, support cloud computing, AI, and Internet of Things systems to operate stably, creating a foundation for agencies and businesses to deploy digital solutions, optimize operations, and improve productivity; at the same time, help increase budget revenue, develop ancillary services, and enhance the local position on the global technology map.
The project is expected to start construction of the factory in the fourth quarter of 2025 and officially operate from the fourth quarter of 2027.
At the launching ceremony, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony was also held between representatives of the AIDC DeCenter project and a number of units.
