Da Nang brings together hundreds of global experts to discuss AI and blockchain.

On June 3rd, the Web3 Builders' Summit 2025 took place in Da Nang, bringing together over 200 founders and developers from Vietnam and abroad in the fields of blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI).

The event was jointly organized by sqrDAO – the Web3 Builders community in Vietnam and Southeast Asia – with the Danang Center for Integrated Circuits, Semiconductors and Artificial Intelligence (DSAC), Decentralab Co., Ltd., and the Danang Business Incubator (DNES).

With the theme "The Rise of AI," this year's conference focuses on discussing the trend of combining blockchain and AI in Web3 applications – the next generation of the Internet where users control data and digital assets. This integration is expected to create breakthroughs in many fields, from finance to supply chain management.

At the conference, experts shared their knowledge and practical experience in applying technology, and proposed directions for leveraging the advantages of both blockchain and AI.

The event also provided networking opportunities for tech startups, allowing them to present their products and solutions to investors and strategic partners.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Son Phong, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Science and Technology, said that the city has identified blockchain and AI as two cutting-edge technologies capable of creating breakthroughs in fields such as finance, logistics, industry, education , healthcare, and public administration.

"The conference is not only a professional event but also a milestone symbolizing Da Nang's strategic determination: proactively embracing trends, connecting with the global technology community, and shaping its pioneering position in the Web3 and AI ecosystem in Vietnam," Mr. Phong emphasized.

Mr. Pham Bao Long - co-founder of sqrDAO and head of the organizing committee - believes that blockchain and AI are currently the two most important drivers of innovation in the global Web3 industry.

"The conference is an opportunity for the international community to discover Da Nang as an attractive destination for investment, team building, and future technological development," Mr. Bao Long commented.

Web3 Builders' Summit is the opening event in a series of technology activities that will run until June 7th in Da Nang.

The following key events include: Super Vietnam 2025 Technology Week (June 4-5); Polkadot Danang Hackcamp (June 4-6); Solana APAC Conference (June 5-6); "Agents of Change" Roundtable (June 6); and Danang Fintech Summit 2025 co-organized by Binance (June 7).
