According to reports, localities are strictly implementing Directive No. 14-CT/TU of the Da Nang City Party Committee on strengthening leadership and management to ensure urban order and promote civilized lifestyles in the city; and Plan No. 109/KH-UBND of the City People's Committee on implementing urban order management and promoting civilized lifestyles in the city.

Numerous campaigns have been launched for a "green, clean, beautiful, and safe" Da Nang. The initial implementation has resulted in a cleaner and more pleasant appearance for many streets, receiving the support of the people.

During this campaign, Da Nang city authorities are actively implementing measures at the grassroots level, aiming to change the awareness of residents and businesses along the city's streets. This will restore safe walking spaces for pedestrians and gradually foster a civilized, orderly, and sustainable urban lifestyle.

After nearly a week of local authorities launching campaigns to improve sidewalk order, environmental sanitation, and urban aesthetics, many streets are now cleaner and more spacious. Sidewalks on many central streets ensure clear passage for pedestrians. Business owners, shopkeepers, and residents are strictly complying with regulations.

In addition, many areas have not been thoroughly addressed, and the sidewalks remain unsightly.

Currently, localities are continuing to implement Plan No. 109/KH-UBND of the City People's Committee in 3 phases: phase 1 (until March 31st) involves propaganda, mobilization, and simultaneous campaigns; phase 2 (until April 30th) involves strengthening inspections and thoroughly handling violations; and phase 3 involves maintaining regular inspections and preventing repeat violations.

The City People's Committee requires all units and localities to implement the "6 clear" principle (clear person, clear task, clear responsibility, clear progress, clear results, clear authority), ensuring substantive and continuous implementation, avoiding formality.
