
Accordingly, more than 109,000 fingerlings of various fish and shrimp species, including tilapia, carp, catfish, perch, sea bass, pomfret, sand goby, and tiger shrimp, were released into the natural environment in Dong Nghe Lake (Hoa Tien commune) and on Cam Le River (at the foot of Hoa Xuan bridge, Hoa Cuong ward) to contribute to the restoration of aquatic populations, improve water quality, and maintain ecological balance.

Speaking at the ceremony, Le Tri Thanh, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City and Chairman of the Da Nang City Peace Committee, emphasized that the fish release activity not only has practical significance in biodiversity conservation but also spreads the message about the shared responsibility to protect natural resources, raising awareness about biodiversity, and the value of biodiversity for the sustainable development of the city.
The Chairman of the City Peace Committee called on all levels, sectors, organizations, businesses, religious organizations, union members, youth, and the entire population to actively respond to the movement "All citizens join hands to protect the environment - for a green, clean, and beautiful Da Nang" with concrete and practical actions.
