On the morning of July 23, the People's Committee of Da Nang City announced the Decision to establish and appoint officials to manage the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Da Nang City decided to establish the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center under the People's Committee of Da Nang City on the basis of merging the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center and the former Quang Nam Province Land Fund Development Center.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City transferred Mr. Vo Nguyen Chuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment to work at the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center and appointed him as Director for a period of 5 years from August 1; transferred Mr. Huynh Tan Quang, Director of the Land Fund Development Center under the Department of Agriculture and Environment to work at the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center and appointed him as Deputy Director for a period of 5 years from August 1.

At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Minh Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Phu Ward, was transferred to work at the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center and appointed as Deputy Director for a period of 5 years from August 1.

At the ceremony, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City congratulated the center on its official establishment and requested to urgently consolidate the apparatus, complete the personnel to immediately get to work, not to leave any gaps in the unit's operations, ensuring better implementation of assigned tasks. At the same time, the unit focused on reviewing and developing specific plans to handle bottlenecks in compensation, support, and resettlement. Organize the establishment and implementation of land fund creation projects to organize land use rights auctions, contributing to increasing revenue for the budget; at the same time, strengthen the effective management of public land funds.
