Da Nang prioritizes investment in 3 infrastructure projects inside the Free Trade Zone
In addition to the three projects inside, Da Nang city will prioritize investment capital for 30 projects outside the Free Trade Zone; including many new urban areas and resettlement areas.
Vice Chairman of Da Nang City, Mr. Ho Ky Minh has just signed a document to the City People's Council on the List of investment preparation, prioritizing investment capital allocation, supporting investment in construction of technical infrastructure works, social infrastructure inside and outside the Free Trade Zone.
Accordingly, Da Nang City is currently focusing on completing the Project to establish a Free Trade Zone in December 2024 to submit to the Ministry of Planning and Investment for appraisal and submission to the Prime Minister for approval.
Therefore, Da Nang City submitted to the City People's Council for consideration and approval of the investment preparation list, prioritizing investment capital allocation, supporting investment in the construction of technical infrastructure works, social infrastructure inside and outside the Free Trade Zone.
According to the proposal of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, 3 projects will be invested in the Free Trade Zone.
Specifically, the project to invest in shared technical infrastructure for production zones; the project to invest in shared technical infrastructure for logistics zones and the project to invest in shared technical infrastructure for commercial service zones and other functional zones in the Free Trade Zone.

Meanwhile, there will be 30 technical and social infrastructure projects outside the Free Trade Zone, built in Hoa Vang district and Lien Chieu district, mainly traffic infrastructure projects, resettlement areas, urban areas, production areas, logistics areas and dry ports...
Among them, there are outstanding projects such as New Urban Area Project No. 1 in Hoa Lien, No. 2 in Hoa Ninh, Cu De River port service urban area; resettlement areas in Hoa Son, Hoa Ninh, Hoa Nhon; high-rise residential areas in the area of Railway College and near Central College of Transport 5, all located in Hoa Hiep Bac Ward (Lien Chieu District).
In addition, in this list there are many traffic infrastructure projects such as the extended Western Belt Road; the extended Nguyen Sinh Sac Road; the Western Belt Road 2 section from Road No. 8 to the road connecting the airport tunnel; the Ba Na Suoi Mo Road extended to the Western Belt Road.
In addition, there is a road connecting Lien Chieu port - Cu De riverside seaport service urban area - Free trade zone to the North-South expressway; a road directly connecting the 400ha production area in Truong Dinh village, Hoa Lien commune to the South bypass of Hai Van tunnel...
In addition, there is also the Research and Development Training and Business Incubation Zone - Da Nang High-Tech Park.
