Social Insurance Region VIII and Provincial Post Office evaluate coordination results in the first 6 months of 2025

On the afternoon of July 16, in Hong Gai ward, Social Insurance Region VIII coordinated with the Provincial Post Office to organize a conference to evaluate the results of coordination work in the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

At the meeting, the two units evaluated the results of the implementation of the tasks that the Postal sector is currently undertaking such as: payment, beneficiary management, receiving and delivering documents, collection agents, exploitation and development of social insurance subjects. Specifically, in the first 6 months of the year, the two sectors have proactively and synchronously implemented coordination programs and plans, contributing to the effective implementation of the set goals. The payment of pensions and social insurance benefits was organized safely and promptly for 126,796 people, the number of voluntary social insurance participants increased by 6,346 people, reaching 65% of the plan assigned by the province; family health insurance had 220,833 participants, reaching 98.6%; receiving documents and returning administrative procedure results via the postal system; the communication work on social insurance and health insurance policies was promoted by both sides with many launching ceremonies organized periodically by week and month...

Implementing the tasks for the last 6 months of the year, Social Insurance Region VIII and the Provincial Post Office determined to continue to closely follow the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and Vietnam Social Insurance; focus on administrative reform, improve service quality, towards the satisfaction of people and businesses. The two sectors closely coordinate in organizing the payment of social insurance regimes to the right people, on time, ensuring fund safety; promote non-cash payments; enhance the application of information technology in the collection, reception and return of administrative procedure results via the Post Office.

At the conference, delegates from the two sectors frankly discussed and assessed the shortcomings and limitations in the coordination process in the past time; at the same time, proposed many solutions to overcome difficulties, striving to comprehensively complete the targets and tasks of 2025.
