Da Nang identifies 3 strategic "leverages" to enter the era of growth

(Dan Tri) - Da Nang deploys three strategic "levers" to enter the era of growth: Free trade, industry and logistics center; International financial center; Innovation and startup center.

After nearly 3 days of urgent, serious, democratic and responsible work, on September 18, the 1st Congress of the Da Nang City Party Committee, term 2025-2030, completed all the proposed contents and programs.

Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, emphasized that the congress took place in a context of special significance. After nearly three decades of separation, Da Nang City and the former Quang Nam province reunited under the administrative unit arrangement policy.

This important event not only marks a turning point in the development process, but also opens a new term with enhanced stature and position.

With a democratic, frank and highly responsible spirit, the delegates promoted collective intelligence, discussed enthusiastically, and contributed many profound and quality opinions.

Many presentations were carefully prepared, focusing on clarifying key tasks and proposing, offering ideas and effective solutions for the coming term.

On that basis, the congress unanimously approved the political report, the report reviewing the leadership and direction of the City Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and at the same time contributed many enthusiastic opinions to the draft resolution and action program to implement the Congress Resolution.

The Congress unanimously approved the report synthesizing comments from the City Party Committee on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee affirmed that the first-term Executive Committee of the City Party Committee and the Da Nang City delegation to attend the 14th National Party Congress were appointed by the Politburo in accordance with strict principles and procedures, fully meeting the requirements on structure, political standards, leadership capacity and prestige, demonstrating the Central Committee's trust, appreciation and deep expectations for the City Party Committee.

“The first term of the City Party Executive Committee is a united collective, representing intelligence, courage and innovation; cadres who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, act decisively for the common development, representing the will, belief and strong aspiration to rise of the entire Party Committee and people of the city,” said the Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee.

According to the Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, the success of today's congress and the important achievements gained over the past 5 years, the result of the process of inheriting and promoting achievements over many terms, demonstrate the continuous efforts of the entire Party Committee, government and people of the city.

The Congress voted 100% to pass the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the City Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

The Congress also decided to appoint a delegation of 36 city Party delegates to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party, including one ex-officio delegate, 35 appointed delegates, and at the same time appoint two alternate delegates.
