To serve the cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of West Hai Phong from the train station to their workplace, the City Department of Construction requests that public passenger transport businesses by bus and taxi participate in the transfer and pick-up of passengers after leaving the train from Hai Phong station and Thuong Ly station; pick up passengers from certain concentrated areas in the city to meet the travel needs of passengers to Hai Phong station and Thuong Ly station to take the train to Hai Duong station.

With the direction of travel from Thuong Ly station to the city's Political - Administrative Center:

Arrange 4-5 B60 buses according to fixed schedules to transport passengers in need in accordance with train schedules from Hai Duong station to Thuong Ly station and vice versa from the Political - Administrative Center to Thuong Ly station to catch the train to Hai Duong station.

Arrange at least 10 5-seat taxis and 10 7-seat taxis to meet the transportation needs of passengers going to other areas in the area.

With the direction of travel from Hai Phong station - Hoang Dieu, Lach Tray, Da Nang , Le Hong Phong:

Arrange 2-3 B40 buses according to fixed schedules to transport passengers in need in accordance with train schedules from Hai Duong station - Hai Phong station and vice versa from the above routes to Hai Phong station to catch the train to Hai Duong station.

Arrange at least 10 5-seat taxis and 10 7-seat taxis to meet the transportation needs of passengers traveling from the train station to other areas in the area and vice versa by booking a car, picking up a car, etc.

The Department of Construction recommends that bus companies post banners at the front of buses; taxi companies choose information and advertising forms appropriate to the vehicle type so that passengers can easily recognize them when boarding; develop fare levels and post them fully so that passengers are aware.

Vietnam Railway Corporation and Railway Transport Joint Stock Company coordinate to direct Hai Phong and Thuong Ly stations to support and facilitate buses and taxis of the above transport units to arrange pick-up and drop-off locations for train passengers to avoid confusion and traffic congestion.

The city police coordinated to support the Traffic Police Department and police of wards in the areas of Hai Phong and Thuong Ly stations to send forces to support and ensure security, order and traffic safety in the station area.

From September 22, the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company will arrange a pair of trains to transport officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers from West Hai Phong to East Hai Phong for work and vice versa. Trains will operate from Monday to Friday every week.

In the afternoon, train HP15 departs at 6:00 a.m. from Hai Duong station, arrives at Thuong Ly station at 6:55 a.m., continues from Thuong Ly station at 6:58 a.m. and arrives at Hai Phong station at 7:10 a.m.

On the return trip, train HP16 departs from Hai Phong station at 5:30 p.m., arrives at Thuong Ly station at 5:40 p.m., continues from Thuong Ly station at 5:51 p.m. and arrives at Hai Duong station at 6:35 p.m.
