Regarding contestant criteria, the competition is open to female citizens of countries and territories around the world, aged 18 to 33, at least 1.63m tall, never married, single mothers are accepted, and have an educational level equivalent to a high school diploma or higher in Vietnam.

In addition to the familiar competition segments, contestants will also participate in a costume competition. traditional ao dai belong to Vietnamese women.

The competition will award a Miss title, two runners-up, and other special prizes.
