Responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, responding to the launching ceremony of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province on mobilizing support for people affected by storm No. 3, agencies, units, enterprises, businessmen, and philanthropists in the province have actively contributed and supported, thereby promoting the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, "Sharing rice, sharing clothes" for people facing difficulties and hardships due to natural disasters and floods.

According to information from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, by 5:00 p.m. on September 13, 2024, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee had received support from 160 agencies, units, enterprises, businessmen, and philanthropists with a total amount of VND 11,008,948,000. copper.
