Lieutenant General Nguyen Thanh Tung directed that units need to clearly define the roadmap and tasks and have flexible, creative and practical ways of working, turning learning digital skills into a regular task, closely linked to practical work and serving the people.

In addition, leaders must set an example. Each officer and soldier must both learn and pass on to their teammates, while also supporting people, especially the elderly and the disadvantaged, to access online public services more easily.
