At Tay 2 village, Dien Dien commune, Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh and Provincial People's Committee Chairman Tran Phong attended the groundbreaking ceremony and performed the groundbreaking ceremony to build a house for the family of Mr. Nguyen Nam Trung (32 years old).

The house was built on an area of nearly 100 square meters, worth about 100 million VND, according to the "3 hard" criteria, with a high floor and attic to ensure safety during the rainy season.

Mr. Trung emotionally expressed his gratitude for the timely attention of the Central and the province, saying that the new house will help his family stabilize soon after the old house was completely swept away by the flood.

According to statistics, the recent floods have caused 89 houses to collapse and 294 houses to be severely damaged, seriously affecting people's lives. The Provincial People's Committee has approved a support level of 30 million VND/house for repair and 60 million VND/house for new construction.
