According to the latest announcement of Hanoi University of Science and Technology on June 14, most majors/programs have increased tuition fees by about 1-6 million VND.
Specifically, tuition fees range from 28-35 million VND for standard programs, an increase of 4-5 million VND compared to last year's enrollment.
ELITECH programs have tuition fees of 35-45 million VND/academic year, an increase of 2-3 million VND. Particularly, the programs of logistics and supply chain management; data science and artificial intelligence have tuition fees of 64-67 million VND/academic year, the same as last year.

The international professional English bilingual program charges 51 million VND/school year (including registration fee), an increase of 6 million VND (last year the tuition fee was 45 million VND/school year).
Programs with other foreign language output standards (international programs) and international training partnerships (foreign partners granting degrees) charge tuition fees of 26-30 million VND/semester (last year the tuition fees were 24-29 million VND/semester. Thus, these majors this year increased by 1-2 million VND/semester.
As for the business administration and computer science program awarded by Troy University (USA), the tuition fee per semester is 30 million VND, but this program has 3 semesters/year, equivalent to a tuition fee of 90 million VND.
Hanoi University of Science and Technology said tuition fees may be adjusted for subsequent academic years, but the average increase will not exceed 10% per year.
The school has committed to set aside 70-80 billion VND for a scholarship fund to encourage learning, for students who study and train well; and scholarships for students in difficult circumstances. In addition, students can receive scholarships from businesses and organizations.
In the 2025-2026 school year, the school will enroll 9,680 students through four methods.
Talent selection method (XTTN); selection based on the results of the thinking assessment test (ĐGTD) in 2024 and 2025; selection based on the results of the high school graduation exam (THPT) and other selection methods for cases of nomination; agreement students and students studying at high schools abroad.
Previously, Hanoi University of Science and Technology announced the conversion method of standard scores for 3 admission methods in 2025.
The school determines the relative score range in 2025 based on the analysis of admission data from the past 3 years, from different admission combinations, analysis of the talent admission score spectrum by area, the score spectrum of the thinking assessment test, the score spectrum of the high school graduation exam with the original combination of A00 (math-physics-chemistry) as a basis for determining how to convert the standard scores of the methods.
