On the morning of May 16, the Youth Union of the Department of Information and Communications of Ha Giang province held the first Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2024-2027.

The Youth Union of the Department of Information and Communications was established on March 26, 2024, under the direct and comprehensive leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the Department of Information and Communications, and the professional guidance of the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises. Currently, the Youth Union has a total of 7 members. Although newly established, the Youth Union of the Department of Information and Communications has done a good job of political and ideological education for its members; youth volunteer movements, creative youth, shock troops to protect the Fatherland, and programs accompanying young people have been implemented with attention. With the theme: "Youth of the Department of Information and Communications - Solidarity - Creativity - Pioneering Digital Transformation", for the 2024-2027 term, the Youth Union of the Department of Information and Communications sets the goal: Strive for 100% of union members to effectively implement the Study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; directives and resolutions of the Party and State. Every year, 100% of cadres are youth union members who are classified by the agency as having completed their tasks well or better. Strive to introduce to the Party Cell at least 2 outstanding union members to be admitted to the Party. Continue to organize and effectively implement emulation movements and revolutionary action movements, promoting the pioneering, voluntary and creative role of youth in building and defending the Fatherland.
