After 2.5 days of urgent and serious work, in a democratic and united atmosphere, with a high sense of responsibility, the Congress of Delegates of the Navy Party Committee completed all the contents and programs set out.

The Congress promoted political responsibility, promoted democracy, focused on intelligence, actively discussed and contributed many quality opinions to the draft documents of the Central Committee; Draft Political Report of the Central Military Commission to be submitted to the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army; discussed and approved the Political Report of the Party Committee of the Navy and the Resolution of the Congress of the Party Committee of the Navy for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress determined the goals and tasks of the Party Committee in the coming term as follows: Continue to thoroughly grasp the resolutions and directives of the Party and the Central Military Commission; build a strong and clean Party Committee, a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern Army, as the core in building the national defense posture at sea; firmly manage and protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands. Always be vigilant, ready to fight, excellently complete all assigned tasks, contribute to maintaining a peaceful and stable environment for developing the marine economy, building and protecting the Fatherland in the new era of development.

The Congress identified three breakthroughs: One is to continue researching and advising on the development of naval combat art, focusing on joint operations between the two services. Two is to improve the quality of training, education, training, building discipline, and upholding discipline; promoting the cultural values of Uncle Ho's soldiers - the new-era naval soldier. Three is to develop and apply science and technology, innovate and digitalize; improve the capacity to repair, improve, modernize, and localize technical equipment.

* After the closing of the congress, the General Department of Politics held a conference to review the experience of the previous congress for the entire army. Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung chaired the conference.

Concluding the conference, Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung congratulated the Navy Party Committee for successfully organizing the 14th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, high determination and responsibility of the entire Party Committee, contributing to the success of the 12th Army Party Congress.

Through monitoring, directing the congress and listening to comments on the organization and preparation of the congress, in his concluding remarks at the conference, Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung affirmed: The Party Committee of the Military Service has thoroughly grasped and deployed; regularly followed and strictly implemented the directives of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission and guided the Central Military Commission and relevant agencies to well perform the preparation and organization of the congress. The preparation work was carried out actively, proactively, comprehensively, on schedule and with good quality; the congress documents were carefully prepared, meticulously and with quality; new policies of the Central Committee and the Central Military Commission were mentioned and supplemented, ensuring brevity, practicality, easy to remember, easy to implement and easy to check. The congress's working program was consistent with the practical situation. The Presidium maintained the direction of the congress in the correct order to ensure unity, correct procedures and principles.

Personnel work is carried out strictly and seriously according to procedures and regulations, with appropriate structure and quantity; introduced personnel ensure sufficient standards and correct orientation.

Regarding the election in the congress, the correct procedures, principles, and processes were implemented in accordance with the election regulations in the Party, the instructions of the Central Organizing Committee and the Central Committee to ensure speed and accuracy. The comrades elected to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee (IC), Chairman of the IC and the delegation attending the 12th Military Party Congress had a very high number of votes of confidence.

The opinions discussed at the congress were invested in research, closely following suggestions that went straight to the core issues, presented coherently, and closely related to the situation of the Party Committee, agency, and unit. Demonstrating high political responsibility.

Regarding the decoration of the festival, ensuring solemnity and following the instructions, the emulation and cultural and artistic activities to welcome the congress were carried out enthusiastically. The activities of displaying books, photo boards, models of technical innovations to increase production, and products of enterprises were lively. The Party Committee maintained strict combat readiness to ensure safety and security for the congress while also completing many unexpected tasks well; the service work for the congress was thoughtful, solemn, and polite.

Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung requested that party committees, based on the experience gained from the Navy Party Congress held earlier for the entire army, apply good and creative methods to the preparation and organization of congresses at their level, ensuring the congress is a great success, achieving the set goals and requirements.
