The training course equips students with the following contents: Training on the digital ecosystem of the engineering industry; introducing some contents in the technical manual for specialized work in ship engineering; electronic and optical equipment engineering; overview of optoelectronic equipment, types of optoelectronic equipment in the Vietnam People's Army and development trends; machine engineering; radar engineering; overview of the IFF system; introducing radar stations produced by the Military Industry-Telecoms Group, development trends of Vietnamese radar; introducing technical equipment for aircraft of the entire army and current aircraft technical assurance work...

The 2025 Army-wide technical training course is organized with the goal of equipping and updating the commanding and managing staff with practical and in-depth knowledge in specific technical fields. This is also an opportunity for officers and technical staff in the entire army to exchange experiences and identify practical issues arising in each unit, thereby improving the capacity to command and manage technical work, contributing to ensuring good technical condition of weapons and technical equipment for training tasks, combat readiness and other tasks of the Army.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Major General Do Anh Tuan emphasized that the training course gathered a team of commanding and managing officers from many units throughout the army, who are the core force, playing an important role in organizing, managing, and ensuring technical aspects at the grassroots units. Therefore, he asked the trainees to promote their sense of responsibility, self-study and self-training, closely combining theoretical learning with practical exchange to acquire a lot of useful knowledge and effectively apply it to their units. The lecturers and reporters closely followed the requirements of the tasks, updated the content to be close to reality, communicated fully and easily, creating conditions for trainees to absorb, discuss, and improve the quality of learning.
