At the conference, Colonel Nguyen Minh Tan briefly informed about the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, focusing on the following contents: Time, program, working regulations and election regulations; draft documents of the congress; socio -economic situation in 2025; development directions and tasks in 2026 and a number of other important contents according to the Central Committee's working regulations.

The conference informed cadres and party members of the key contents of the results of the 12th Party Congress of the Army, term 2025-2030. The congress clearly defined the goal of building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern army, emphasizing the requirement to implement 6 core contents.

In addition, the conference disseminated and deployed resolutions and action programs to implement the Resolutions of the 11th Congress of Military Region 7 Party Committee, the 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee and the 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Military Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Nguyen Minh Tan requested Party committees and Party organizations in the provincial armed forces to continue to thoroughly disseminate the conference's contents to all cadres, Party members and the masses; concretize them into programs and action plans suitable to the practical conditions of each agency and unit, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions set forth by Party Congresses at all levels.
