Congress of Delegates of Cho Vam Commune Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030

On August 26 and 27, the Cho Vam Commune Party Committee (An Giang Province) held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang Province Le Thanh Viet attended and directed the congress.

Speaking at the congress, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang Province Le Thanh Viet suggested that the Party Committee of Cho Vam commune should promote the work of Party building and rectification; pay attention to the work of reviewing and supplementing the commune's master plan to be consistent with the general planning of the region and the province.

At the same time, restructuring agriculture , converting crops, improving the quality and diversifying rice, sticky rice, traditional products and strong products in the area. Promoting the tradition of Cho Vam commune, linking culture with development; improving the quality of education, health care, ensuring social security, sustainable poverty reduction...

Member of the Provincial Standing Committee , Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province Le Thanh Viet presented flowers to congratulate the Party Executive Committee of Cho Vam commune.

With the motto "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, creativity, development", for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Cho Vam Commune Party Committee sets out 17 specific targets, 12 key tasks and 4 main solutions.

In particular, by 2030, the rate of Party members and grassroots Party organizations completing their annual tasks well will be 90% or more; the average income per capita in the area by 2030 compared to 2025 will increase by 50.37% or more; the rate of poor households according to multidimensional standards by 2030 will be lower than 2%; the rate of population participating in health insurance will be over 95.8%...

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee to appoint 33 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Commune Party Committee, and 11 comrades to the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee. Comrade Truong Thi Tuyet Ngoc was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Cho Vam Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
