An Giang police investigate gambling case, prosecute many defendants

Vinh Hoa Commune Police (An Giang Province) said that the Provincial Police Investigation Agency has prosecuted many suspects to investigate gambling.

Specifically, prosecution was given to Bui Huu Tien (born in 2004), Trinh Van Son (born in 1971), Huynh Van Nam (born in 1999), all residing in Vinh Hoa commune; Nguyen Van Do (born in 1992); Pham Van Tu (born in 1973), all residing in U Minh Thuong commune; Vo Van Truong (born in 1997), residing in Vinh Binh commune.

Bui Chi Linh (born in 1985, residing in Vinh Hoa commune) is being investigated for organizing gambling and gambling.

Previously, on August 10, the above subjects organized a dice shaking game for money in Vinh Tien hamlet, Vinh Hoa commune, and were caught red-handed by the commune police. The seized evidence included: 1 set of dice shaking tools, 13 Dominoes and over 30 million VND.

Currently, the case is being investigated and handled according to the provisions of law.
