On December 4, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Vinh Binh commune coordinated with the Kien Giang Association for Supporting Poor Patients to hand over 7 Great Solidarity houses to poor households and those in difficult circumstances in the commune.

The house was built according to the "3 hard" standard (hard foundation, hard wall frame, hard roof), with a usable area of ^​​36m2 . The total cost of implementation was 350 million VND, funded by the Kien Giang Association for Supporting Poor Patients. In addition, households also contributed additional funds to build more spacious houses.
