According to the coordination regulations, in the process of resolving criminal, civil, marriage and family, commercial, labor, administrative cases and other matters as prescribed by law, the court, when performing the obligation to issue, deliver, and notify procedural documents via postal services, must provide full information: Full name, address, and phone number (if any) of the person being served to the postal service.
The court shall closely coordinate with postal staff in cases where the delivery of procedural documents encounters obstacles or difficulties, in order to promptly guide postal staff in carrying out the delivery procedures in accordance with the provisions of law. The court shall promptly report to the provincial post office in cases where postal staff deliver invalid or late procedural documents.
The provincial post office is responsible for ensuring the delivery of court documents accurately, promptly, confidentially, and within the time limit for issuing, delivering, and notifying court documents as prescribed by law. The delivery is carried out in accordance with the court's service procedures.
In the process of issuing, delivering, and notifying procedural documents, if there are any difficulties, problems, or objective obstacles, the postal staff shall proactively notify the relevant secretary of the case to be served or contact the court hotline to ensure that the issuance, delivery, and notification of procedural documents are in accordance with regulations. After serving, the procedural documents must be fully completed with information and the notification of the service results must be sent to the Court within the time limit prescribed by law.
Postal staff, organizations and individuals involved in the delivery of legal documents must not take advantage of the delivery of legal documents to extort, be negative, or obstruct legal activities; if consequences occur, they will be held responsible according to the provisions of law...
