Da Nang City Military Command visits and gives gifts to victims of Agent Orange/dioxin and officers in difficult circumstances.

DNO - On December 4, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Quoc Bao, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the City Military Command, visited, presented support money and gifts to two victims of Agent Orange/dioxin in the city.

At the families, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Quoc Bao visited the victims' homes to inquire about their health, learn about their lives, and encourage them and their relatives to strive to overcome difficulties and improve their lives; and at the same time, presented gifts from the City Military Command and VND4.5 million in support money to each victim, in order to help reduce the immediate difficulties of families suffering from the consequences of war.

The Women's Union of the City Military Command also donated food and essential necessities to help families overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

Next, the delegation visited professional military Major Dang Thi Thanh Van, former member of the Women's Association of the City Military Command, who has been treated for a stroke for many years and whose family is facing many difficulties.

Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Quoc Bao and the Women's Union of the City Military Command presented food, essential necessities and 20 million VND in support from the City Military Command's budget and the support of benefactors to support Major Van in her treatment, to quickly recover her health and stabilize her life.
