An Giang Provincial People's Council delegates meet voters of Hoa Dien commune

On the afternoon of August 27, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Dien commune coordinated with Delegate Group No. 23 of the An Giang Provincial People's Council to organize a meeting with voters of Hoa Dien commune after the regular mid-year session of 2025.

At the conference, delegates of the People's Council of Hoa Dien commune reported on the results of the 2025 regular mid-year session of the 10th term An Giang Provincial People's Council; reported on the response to voters' opinions and recommendations raised at previous meetings with voters and reported on the results of monitoring the settlement of voters' recommendations; disseminated the resolution of the Provincial People's Council.

Voters in Lung Lon hamlet, Hoa Dien commune reported illegal land exploitation at T4 canal causing landslides, endangering people; recommended provincial and commune leaders to increase patrol and inspection forces, promptly handle illegal land exploitation subjects.

Voters of three hamlets: Kien Thanh, Co Trang and Cong Tre reported the deterioration of roads in the hamlets, causing difficulties for people to travel; voters have repeatedly requested repairs to roads in groups 13 and 14, Cong Tre hamlet, but these have not been implemented yet.

Voters of Hoa Dien commune proposed that the province pay attention to and invest in electricity for low-lying areas; repair electric poles on the T3 canal, ensuring safety for people during the rainy and stormy season; and propose that the province consider resolving the delay in paying benefits to civil servants and public employees who have quit their jobs according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government .

Delegate Group No. 23 of the An Giang Provincial People's Council received voters' opinions; at the same time, informed voters' opinions to relevant levels and branches for resolution according to their authority.
