Staff support people to carry out administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal.
At the consultation points, people were guided by Ba Chuc commune officials and members of the community digital technology team on how to register and log into their accounts on the National Public Service Portal; how to submit applications online, look up application processing status and operations related to online public services.
People are also consulted and have their questions answered about administrative procedures under the authority of the Commune People's Committee, and the benefits of using online public services.
