Ba Chuc Commune deploys consulting points to support people in carrying out administrative procedures

On the afternoon of August 28, the People's Committee of Ba Chuc commune (An Giang province) organized a consultation point to support people in performing administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal in 4 hamlets: An Thanh, An Hoa B, Thanh Luong and Vinh Hoa.

Officials assist citizens in carrying out administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal.

At the consultation points, residents were guided by officials from Ba Chúc commune and members of the community digital technology team on how to register and log in to accounts on the National Public Service Portal; how to submit applications online, check the status of application processing, and other operations related to online public services.

Citizens also receive advice and answers to their questions about administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the commune People's Committee, and the benefits of using online public services.
