HNP - On September 18, the Farmers' Association of Hoai Duc commune held the 1st Congress of Delegates (term 2025-2030).

Hoai Duc Commune Farmers' Association was established on the basis of merging the Farmers' Associations of 4 communes: Duc Giang, Kim Chung, Di Trach, Duc Thuong and Tram Troi town. Hoai Duc Commune Farmers' Association has 24 branches, 28 groups and 3,047 members.

During the past term, the Farmers' Association of Hoai Duc commune had many typical models, creative ways of doing things and typical examples of progress in labor and production. Many member households of the Farmers' Association of Hoai Duc commune have been recognized as good production and business households for many years, such as Mr. Dinh Van Dung's household (Dai Tu village), Mr. Nguyen Khac Hanh's household (Yen Be village), Mr. Do Ba Duc's household (Luu Xa village). In the past time, the Association has also established 15 savings and loan groups, supporting 694 member households to borrow capital from the Social Policy Bank, with a total amount of more than 43,908 billion VND, 112 households borrowed capital from the City Farmers' Support Fund of 5.35 billion VND, 12 households borrowed from the Commune Farmers' Support Fund of 336.3 million VND.

In building the new rural areas, the Farmers' Association of Hoai Duc commune has concretized the criteria into the content of the campaign and emulation movement suitable for each residential area, mobilizing the role of farmers in donating land, contributing working days, materials, building rural infrastructure, and improving the landscape and environment. Many models of "Farmer's flower route" and sports facilities implemented by the Farmers' Association have been recognized and replicated by the government and the people.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Cuong was appointed as Chairman of the Hoai Duc Commune Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term.
