The 1st Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuy An Nam Commune

On the morning of October 9, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuy An Nam commune held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term with the theme: "Enhancing the core political role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in promoting the strength of great national unity, implementing democracy, joining hands and being determined to build Tuy An Nam commune to develop rapidly and sustainably".

Attending the congress were comrade Pham Van Bay, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Tuy An Nam Commune People's Council Ngo Tan Lang and 119 delegates representing all walks of life, ethnic groups and religions in the commune.

Comrade Pham Van Bay, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, presented flowers to congratulate the congress.

In recent times, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuy An Nam commune has promoted its role as a center of solidarity, a bridge between the Party, the government and the people. Propaganda and mobilization work has been strongly innovated, effectively applying information technology through digital platforms, contributing to bringing information to people quickly and accurately.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune also organized well the emulation movements, the campaigns "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods". Social security work, caring for the lives of the poor achieved many practical results.

The work of supervision, social criticism, contact with voters, and grasping people's thoughts and aspirations are carried out regularly, contributing to strengthening people's trust in the Party and government.

Notably, the commune has supported the construction of 72 Great Solidarity houses, mobilized more than 3.8 billion VND for social security work, and reduced the poverty rate to 2.66%.

The Congress discussed and unanimously approved the directions, goals and action programs of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuy An Nam commune for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuy An Nam commune continues to innovate the content and methods of operation; strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to promote the strength of great national unity, carry out digital transformation, develop the private economy , build advanced new rural areas, protect the environment, maintain security and order, contributing to the development of Tuy An Nam commune.

The Congress also set out many specific targets: annually organize at least 3 monitoring topics, 3 social criticism activities; strive to mobilize resources to support the Fund for the Poor and Social Security to increase by 5% compared to the previous year; 100% of residential areas organize the National Great Unity Day; strive for 95% of front bases and member organizations to deploy information technology applications, 80% of meetings are paperless...

The Congress elected 67 delegates to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuy An Nam commune, term I, 2025 - 2030.

At the first conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuy An Nam commune, term I, consulted and elected positions in the standing committee. Ms. Tran Thi Van Anh was elected as Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuy An Nam commune, term I, 2025-2030.
