Da Nang supports Nghe An with 1 billion VND to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10

DNO - On the morning of October 9, a working delegation from Da Nang city led by Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city Le Tri Thanh presented 1 billion VND to support people in Nghe An province to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10.

Speaking at the support handover ceremony, Mr. Le Tri Thanh said that this is the sentiment of the Party Committee, government, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and people of Da Nang city towards Nghe An , a locality that was heavily affected by the recent storm No. 10.

At the same time, condolences to the families who lost loved ones and sympathize with households whose property was damaged by the storm.

Receiving support from Da Nang city, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province Nguyen Dinh Hung thanked Da Nang city for its timely support.

Mr. Hung informed the working delegation about the damage caused to Nghe An province by storm No. 10.

Currently, the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations at all levels, together with the people of Nghe An province, are making efforts to lead, direct, organize and manage the work of overcoming the consequences of storms and floods and supporting people in damaged areas to restore production and stabilize their lives.
