Hoai Duc Commune Party Congress: Solidarity, innovation, development of new production and business models

On the morning of July 24, the Hoai Duc Commune Party Committee held the first Congress of the Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Nguyen Van Quang, member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee attended and delivered a speech directing the Congress.

Also attending the Congress were leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors; former leaders of Duc Linh district (old), representatives of local party committees and 170 official delegates from 43 affiliated party cells, representing 1,094 party members of the entire commune Party Committee.

Hoai Duoc Commune was established on the basis of merging 3 administrative units: Duc Tai Town, Duc Hanh Commune and Duc Tin Commune. After the merger, the commune has a natural area of 105.04 km ² , population size of 51,099 people/20 villages.

At the Congress, delegates heard a report on the results of the first session held yesterday afternoon (July 23). According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, the Executive Committee of Hoai Duc Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 19 comrades, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee has 8 comrades.

The 1st Congress of Hoai Duc Commune Party Committee was solemnly held, with the trust, expectations and high political determination of the entire Party Committee, government and people of Hoai Duc Commune.

Speaking at the opening of the Congress, comrade Nguyen Thanh Tuan, Secretary of the Hoai Duc Commune Party Committee, said: During the past term, with the close and timely leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the support of the provincial departments, branches and sectors; the efforts of the Party Committee, government and people of Hoai Duc, most of the targets on socio -economics, national defense, security, Party building and political system building were completed.

Many important goals and tasks were implemented on schedule. However, there are still limitations that need to be resolved in the coming term.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Van Quang, Standing Committee Member, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, praised the results achieved by the entire Party Committee, government, cadres, party members, soldiers of the armed forces and the people of Hoai Duc. The solidarity, unity and efforts of the Party Committees, government and people of the three communes in the past and of the comrades during the preparation and implementation of the merger, transfer and deployment of tasks according to the new model.

Besides the advantages, the establishment of the Hoai Duc Commune Party Committee also poses many significant challenges. With the spirit of both running and lining up, Hoai Duc Commune must quickly stabilize the organization, unify ideology, promote strengths; at the same time, overcome the shortcomings and limitations that have been pointed out. Quickly complete a streamlined government apparatus that operates effectively, efficiently, and is close to the people.

To successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in the coming term, comrade Nguyen Van Quang suggested that the Congress and the Hoai Duc Commune Party Committee focus on a number of key tasks: Quickly stabilize the organization, build solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee; promote the spirit of solidarity, unity of will and action within the entire Party Committee, creating high consensus in society.

Identify specific directions and key tasks that need to be implemented to successfully implement the Congress resolution's goals with the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear products, specific results, clear deadlines, and clear roadmap". Focus on socio-economic development and improving people's lives.

After the merger, Hoai Duc commune has many advantages in terms of geographical location, trade and services. It is necessary to exploit these potentials and advantages to develop the economy in a sustainable manner. In particular, it is necessary to create a favorable environment for the private economy to develop strongly in the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo. It is necessary to encourage the spirit of innovation, develop new business models, and apply science and technology to production and business.

Besides, comrade Nguyen Van Quang also noted that the Party Committee of the commune needs to pay attention to directing the promotion of comprehensive digital transformation; strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system, associated with promoting administrative reform within the Party; Strengthening national defense and security work, maintaining social order and safety; proactively grasping the situation, promptly resolving issues arising from the grassroots, and preventing hot spots from occurring.

At the Congress, delegates listened to a number of presentations on experiences and effective methods in the process of implementing the Party Committee's tasks. Through the presentations, solutions were proposed to contribute to improving the quality of leadership and direction of the Hoai Duc Commune Party Committee in the coming time.

At the same time, delegates voted to approve important contents in the draft Resolution of the Congress and the local socio-economic development targets for the 2025-2030 term.
