First Party Congress of the An Phu Commune People's Committee Party Committee

On the afternoon of July 30th, the Party Committee of An Phu Commune (An Giang Province) held its first Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the congress were Mr. Le Thanh Phuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the An Phu Commune Political Center; and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the An Phu Commune People's Committee.

The Presidium is presiding over the congress.

The Party Committee of An Phu Commune People's Committee ( An Giang Province) has 4 subordinate Party branches. The Congress set specific targets: Average per capita income to increase annually, reaching 80 million VND/person by 2030; budget revenue to reach 26 billion VND; and health insurance coverage rate to reach 97% or higher.

Striving to create jobs for 6,200 people, provide vocational training for 1,200 people; reduce the multidimensional poverty rate by 1% - 1.5% annually; achieve 100% of households using clean and hygienic water; achieve 100% of annual military recruitment targets; and ensure that the Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune successfully complete their tasks or better each year…

Executive Committee of the Party Committee of An Phu Commune People's Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

The Congress adopted a decision to appoint the Party Committee Executive Board, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of An Phu Commune People's Committee for the term 2025-2030.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of An Phu commune, has been appointed to the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of An Phu commune; Comrade Huynh Hung Thuong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of An Phu commune, has been appointed to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of An Phu commune for the term 2025 - 2030.
