The 1st Congress of the Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee

- On July 10, the Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee held its 1st Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Duong Xuan Huyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and directed the congress.

The Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee was established under Decision No. 05-QD/DU dated February 11, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee Party Executive Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, spoke at the Congress.

Regarding the results of implementing the tasks for the 2020-2025 term, immediately after its establishment, the Party cell focused on leading and directing cadres, party members, and civil servants to promote a sense of responsibility, participate in building and effectively implementing political tasks; promptly advise the Provincial Party Committee to submit to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to promulgate, lead the implementation of research, and propose to continue to rearrange the apparatus of the political system; rearrange the organization of administrative units with a plan to organize 2-level local governments; make breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation; focus on leading and implementing well the work of Party building; direct the implementation of the "Digital Education for the People" movement in the agency...

Comrade Nguyen Van Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, term 2025-2030, spoke at the Congress.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party cell will focus on leading and directing the implementation of key targets such as: completing and exceeding 100% of key tasks assigned by superiors, annual task resolutions; annually, the Party cell will implement at least 1 model, specific task, breakthrough task to create clear changes in Party building work; well implementing the criteria of "4 good Party cells", being assessed as completing tasks well or better, 100% of Party members completing tasks well or better...

At the Congress, delegates discussed and contributed to the goals, targets, development breakthroughs as well as solutions to implement tasks for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Duong Xuan Huyen, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered a speech directing the Congress.

Speaking at the Congress, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee commended and congratulated the achievements and results that the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee achieved in the past term.

Regarding the tasks for the 2025-2030 term, he requested the Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee to complete the overall model of the organization of the agency; continue to pay attention to implementing well the personnel work; focus on building a "model" Party cell. Immediately after the Congress, the Party cell committee needs to urgently develop, promulgate and organize the implementation of working regulations and work programs for the entire term; concretize the Congress resolution into action programs and plans...

During the Congress program, delegates heard the announcement of the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on appointing the Executive Committee and key positions of the Party Cell for the 2025-2030 term; and appointing delegates to attend the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 5 comrades; the appointment to participate in the Executive Committee of the Party Cell includes 4 comrades (1 comrade is a member of the Executive Committee of the position of Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Provincial People's Committee Party Cell will be completed when there is personnel); appoint comrade Nguyen Van Toan to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee Party Cell for the 2025-2030 term; appoint delegates to attend the 1st Provincial People's Committee Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term including 3 comrades, of which 2 are official delegates and 1 is an alternate delegate.

The Congress approved the draft Report synthesizing comments on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress; the draft Political Report of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; and the draft Resolution of the Congress, term 2025-2030.
