In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command effectively implemented the breakthrough "Focusing on building strong branches and groups". 100% of the Union's officials proficiently used membership management software, built 2 models of "paperless meetings". Participated in promoting and praising typical advanced collectives and individuals on mass media, with over 250 columns, with over 1,000 news and articles reflecting local defense - military activities and women's activities. 100% of the officials and members maintained and promoted the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers". The Women's Union sponsored orphans in the localities: Bao Lac, Quang Hoa, Ha Quang (old), and gave savings books with a total amount of 27 million VND drawn from the Savings Fund of the grassroots Associations and branches.

The model "Warm military-civilian affection" supported over 353 million VND to implement social security programs in difficult areas; coordinated with the Provincial Border Guard Women's Union to implement the Program "Accompanying Women in the Border" for the period 2021 - 2025 in Quang Long and Minh Long communes (old). Presided over and coordinated with Women's Unions at all levels to express gratitude to policy families on the occasion of the anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day in localities in the province.

Implementing the movement "Women help each other develop family economy ", the model "Savings fund to help women in difficulty" has supported 18 members to borrow capital to invest in livestock development. Maintaining the discipline, the Association's activities are serious, the quality is improved, the forms are diverse and rich. The information and reporting regimes have many changes. The work of reviewing, evaluating and classifying the Association's organizations and members is carried out seriously, the results of annual quality review and analysis are 100% of cadres and members achieving the title of "Advanced Member", the Women's Association collective achieves "Excellent Strength".

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command identified key tasks: Building female soldiers according to the "4 good" criteria; creatively applying information technology, digital transformation in the Union's activities, ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks. Improving the quality of the Campaign to build "5 yes, 3 clean" families; the movement "Women help each other develop family economy" to create a change in quality, propagate, commend, and replicate models of "model military" families...

The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades; elected delegates to attend the 17th Provincial Women's Congress.
