On August 15, 2025, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam presented the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Huoi Mot commune with a cash donation of VND 100 million to support 100 households affected by floods in Huoi Mot commune, Son La province.
Mr. Tran Dinh Quan, Chairman of the Board of Members of Dai-ichi Life Vietnam, and Chairman of the Foundation for a Better Life, shared: “ The natural disaster has passed, but the human and property losses that people in the three provinces of Dien Bien , Son La and Nghe An have suffered are irreparable! With the spirit of mutual love and sharing, we are deeply moved to present 400 cash and blanket support packages through the Red Cross Society and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in the localities to join hands to support people to overcome difficulties, gradually stabilize their lives, and move towards a better life ahead.”
Previously, on August 14, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam also presented the Dien Bien Provincial Red Cross Society with cash and blankets worth VND122 million to support 100 households affected by floods in Xa Dung Commune, Dien Bien Province. It is expected that the remaining VND220 million in cash and necessities for 200 households severely affected by floods in Anh Son Dong Commune and Nhon Mai Commune, Nghe An Province will be presented through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An Province on August 26 and 27.

In the context of a challenging market, in the first 6 months of 2025, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam achieved encouraging business results: Total insurance premium revenue reached nearly VND 9,000 billion , new insurance premium revenue was over VND 1,490 billion , continuing to lead foreign life insurance companies in Vietnam. Pre-tax profit reached over VND 1,200 billion , contributing over VND 420 billion to the State budget. Total insurance benefit payments were over VND 2,600 billion , up 11% over the same period last year, bringing the total amount of insurance benefits paid to over VND 26,900 billion in the past nearly 18 years. Total operational reserves were over VND 54,000 billion , up 16% over the same period last year.
This impressive achievement not only demonstrates Dai-ichi Life Vietnam's effective business efforts but also demonstrates the good and humane values brought to millions of customers and families to ensure a peaceful life and a bright future for each person and each family.
On August 9, 2025, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam was honored to receive the title of "Top 10 famous Vietnamese brands 2025 ", Insurance - Finance Industry, announced and awarded by the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association; Top 3 in "Top 10 prestigious Life Insurance Companies 2025" announced and awarded by Vietnam Report in collaboration with Vietnamnet Electronic Newspaper on August 1, 2025.
On June 27, 2025, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam was honored as Top 100 Green ESG Enterprises in Vietnam and Top 10 Green ESG Enterprises in Vietnam - Insurance Industry organized and awarded by the Finance - Investment Newspaper (Ministry of Finance) in collaboration with Viet Research; " Enterprise for the Community - Saigon Times CSR" for the 6th consecutive time (2019-2024) awarded by Saigon Economic Magazine on November 14, 2024; "UNESCO Cultural Enterprise 2024 - A model of Social Responsibility Implementation" , awarded by the World Federation of UNESCO Associations and the Vietnam Federation of UNESCO Associations on August 5, 2024.
