TPO – The Ministry of Public Security has assigned Colonel Nguyen Duc Hai, Director of Quang Tri Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police, replacing Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong, who was assigned to hold the position of Director of the Department of Professional Affairs.
