General Phan Van Giang visits and wishes a happy new year in Nam Dinh province

Kinhtedothi - On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, on the afternoon of January 18, the Central Working Delegation led by General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense, visited and extended New Year greetings in Nam Dinh province.

At the working session, General Phan Van Giang and the delegation were welcomed by Comrade Dang Khanh Toan, Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, and provincial leaders.

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, General Phan Van Giang congratulated Nam Dinh province on its proud achievements in recent years, especially in socio -economic development, national defense and security consolidation, social security work and new rural construction. In particular, Nam Dinh province has had 2 consecutive years of double-digit growth, in 2024 alone, Nam Dinh achieved an impressive economic growth rate of 10.01%, ranking 4th out of 11 in the Red River Delta region and 9th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
