Dak Lak launched a peak period of "Improving the efficiency of digital transformation at the commune level"

According to the People's Committee of Dak Lak province, from July 1, 2025, when the two-level local government apparatus officially operates, the province has recorded many important steps forward such as the application of artificial intelligence.

On October 10, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province organized the Dak Lak Digital Transformation Day 2025 to summarize and commend achievements in digital transformation and arouse determination and spirit of innovation to realize the goal of " Digital technology creates the future."

Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Thi Nguyen Thao launched the peak period of "Improving the efficiency of digital transformation at the commune level" in the province, aiming to complete 94 criteria of the Central Steering Committee before December 19, 2025.

This is an activity of special significance, demonstrating the strong political determination of all levels, sectors, cadres, party members and people in concretizing the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, considering digital transformation as a great opportunity for Dak Lak to catch up, progress together and be able to break through, apply science and technology in all aspects of social life, contributing to making the province become the center of the Central Highlands and South Central Coast.

Ms. Ho Thi Nguyen Thao emphasized that to achieve the 94 criteria, all levels, sectors, communes and wards need to accelerate the completion of digital infrastructure and digital data, put the Digital Transformation Infrastructure Project into operation in 2025, and ensure synchronous connection from the province to the grassroots level.

Along with that, the province continues to widely and effectively deploy the "Digital Literacy for All" movement, improving digital capacity and skills for cadres, civil servants, public employees and people; striving for 100% of communes and wards to have effective digital community models by the end of 2025.

The province focuses on ensuring network safety and security, building a transparent, safe and reliable digital environment; promoting the role of telecommunications enterprises and community digital technology groups.

Community digital technology teams must be the shock force, going to every alley and knocking on every door to guide people in using online public services and installing and using digital applications.

According to the People's Committee of Dak Lak province, from July 1, 2025, when the two-level local government apparatus officially operates, the province has recorded many important steps forward such as applying artificial intelligence in supporting administrative procedure settlement, operating the two-level government model; 100% of villages and hamlets have broadband connection, 99.9% of the population is covered by 4G, 5G coverage rate reaches 26%.

The rate of online records reached more than 35% of the total administrative procedure records; more than 300,000 records were received, of which over 75% were processed through online public services. Dak Lak's index of serving people and businesses in performing administrative procedures ranked 10th out of 34 provinces and cities.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives and 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in digital transformation work in 2025./.
