0144/QD-UBND establishing the Steering Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on science , technology, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06. The Steering Committee consists of 24 members headed by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ta Anh Tuan.

The Steering Committee has the function of researching, proposing and assisting the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in directing and coordinating the implementation of policies, strategies, mechanisms, policies, solutions for science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation, implementation of Project 06 and administrative reform in the province; directing departments, branches, sectors and localities to implement goals, tasks and solutions, coordinating, urging, inspecting, summarizing and evaluating the implementation of strategies, programs, policies... on science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation and Project 06 in the province.

Bring preferential capital to the poor

In order to create favorable conditions for the poor, people in difficult circumstances, and ethnic minority areas to access preferential loans, the Lam Dong Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) has established the Dak Nong VBSP Transaction Office (in 28 communes of the former Dak Nong province) to be closer to the people, closer to the people, and serve the people more promptly.

The Dak Nong Social Policy Bank Transaction Office currently has an outstanding loan balance of nearly VND 447.6 billion, with more than 5,836 poor households and other policy beneficiaries receiving preferential loans. This is a necessary step in restructuring the apparatus to improve the effectiveness of policy credit at the grassroots level, contributing to ensuring smooth policy credit operations without interruption or discontinuity during the process of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus.

Effectiveness of National Target Program 1719

Thanks to the effective implementation of the "National target program on socio -economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030, phase I", the socio-economic life of ethnic minority areas in the communes of Dak Ui, Ngok Reo, Dak Ha (Quang Ngai province) has changed comprehensively.

In the period from 2022 to present, the communes have allocated capital of more than 187 billion VND from the National Target Program 1719 to support residential land for poor households lacking residential land, support housing; support dispersed domestic water; invest in 107 civil works serving transportation, production, teaching and learning activities; support vocational training for 969 ethnic minority workers; invest in building four cultural and sports institutions... The communes have built 158 economic-cultural development models, attracting the participation of 5,164 ethnic minority households.

Thanks to the National Target Program 1719, rural areas of Quang Ngai province have changed comprehensively.

Synchronize new document management and operating software system

Lam Dong Province Department of Home Affairs said that currently 100% of units (124 commune-level localities, 16 provincial departments and branches) have synchronized the administrative procedure settlement system, using new document management software to serve the needs of receiving and processing thousands of records every day for people.

For the administrative procedure settlement system, the province configured new units and identification codes for 140/140 units; created and granted permissions to 5,397 accounts; completed interconnection with the National Public Service Portal, population database system, online payment, interconnected public services and systems of other ministries and branches.
