Vietnamese - Japanese culture in the special wedding of the bride and groom in Ninh Binh unexpectedly received "heart shower" from netizens.

That was the engagement and wedding ceremony of Japanese guy Shu Taro (33 years old) and Vietnamese bride, Ms. Hoang Minh Tam (from Ninh Binh) took place in mid-August with the blessings of both families and netizens because they were a perfect match.

The whole groom's family came from Japan.

Accordingly, the wedding made many people excited when the groom's family all wore traditional Japanese kimono, while the groom, the bride and the bride's family all wore traditional Vietnamese costumes. The ceremony was conducted according to traditional Vietnamese rituals.

Contacting Ms. Minh Tam, the bride said that both she and her husband still have special feelings from that day, with the full presence of both families. It was the blessings of relatives, family members as well as the concern of netizens, that made their happiness more complete.

According to Ms. Tam, the wedding was an idea she had cherished for a year. Luckily, all of her plans were supported by Mr. Shu Taro and his family. However, there was one thing that he “objected” to her about because he also wanted to wear ao dai on the wedding day instead of kimono.

“I was also surprised and happy when he wanted to wear the ao dai. Besides, the fact that 10 people in my husband’s family in Japan, including my husband, made up 11 people, put aside all work, took the time to fly to Vietnam to organize the wedding, which also made me feel touched. I must say that day was the happiest day of my life, when our love had a happy ending,” Minh Tam expressed.

Will build a home in Vietnam

In late 2021, Shu Taro was sent to Hanoi by his company for a year. From there, he had the opportunity to meet Minh Tam when he went to buy goods at a shopping mall in Hanoi, where she worked as an employee. At first, he wanted to get to know her because she looked very Japanese, thinking she was a fellow countryman, but it turned out not to be. On the contrary, she did not have much of an impression of him, except that he was gentle.

Although she knew absolutely no English or Japanese, Ms. Minh Tam still replied to the messages of the cute Japanese guy. The conversations started to become more frequent and after 2 weeks, they arranged to meet in person and became close friends. After 6 months of being friends, realizing the harmony in their souls and personalities, they decided to get to know each other and officially become lovers.
